Click-lock laminate flooring with wood-look finishes for bedrooms, lounges and dry living spaces at an accessible price point.
Overview
Laminate flooring delivers the look of timber with a tough, scratch-aware surface. WrapRevive installs laminate in Dubai apartments, villas and offices, advising honestly on where it works well and where a moisture-resistant alternative is a safer choice.
Laminate planks are made from a fibreboard core under a printed image layer and a protective wear surface. They click together and float over an underlay, so no adhesive is needed for the planks themselves. The range of finishes is wide, from pale oak tones to deep, textured walnut, and good products reproduce grain and embossed texture convincingly in ordinary rooms.
The main caution is moisture. Many laminate boards have a wood-based core that swells if water gets in, so they are best suited to dry living areas, bedrooms and offices rather than bathrooms, laundry rooms or places with a risk of leaks. Underlay, perimeter expansion gaps and careful sealing near doorways and wet areas help the floor behave in Dubai conditions.
Laminate is a sensible choice when you want a wood look at a manageable budget and have a dry, flat room. It is less forgiving of standing water, and individual damaged boards can be harder to hide than with vinyl. If your space is prone to spills or humidity, we will point you towards a water-resistant option instead.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
