Overview
When a floor is beyond repair or simply no longer suits the space, replacement is the cleanest option. WrapRevive removes old flooring in Dubai homes and commercial properties, assesses the base underneath and fits the new floor you have chosen.
Replacement starts with understanding what is there. Tile, timber, carpet, vinyl and laminate each come up differently and carry different amounts of dust, noise and debris. We assess the removal method, protect adjacent areas and plan disposal. Underneath the old floor we often find uneven screed, old adhesive or moisture marks, which determine what preparation is needed.
Once the old covering is lifted, the base is inspected, repaired and levelled as required. This stage is where the new floor's success is decided, so it is not rushed. Thresholds, door clearances and skirting heights are then checked against the new floor thickness. Where moving furniture, appliances or fixtures is part of the job, we plan this with you in advance.
Replacement involves noise, dust and disruption, particularly when removing tile, so it needs coordination with neighbours and building management in apartments. It is not always necessary. If damage is limited, a local repair or restoration may be more sensible. We will give an honest assessment of repair versus replacement before you commit to the larger option.
