Rigid-core SPC click flooring with a dense, stable construction that suits warm climates and busy living areas.
Overview
SPC, or stone plastic composite, flooring has a rigid core that makes it stable and resistant to movement. WrapRevive fits SPC floors in Dubai homes and commercial spaces where a dependable, water-resistant floor is wanted without the weight of stone or tile.
SPC planks are built around a dense mineral-based core, topped with a printed decorative layer and a protective wear surface. The rigid core makes the boards stable under changing temperatures and resistant to denting under furniture, which is a useful trait in sun-exposed rooms and large open-plan spaces. Boards usually click together, so they float over the subfloor rather than being glued down.
Because the boards are rigid, they bridge small irregularities better than softer vinyl, but they still need a reasonably flat, dry base. Large rooms need movement gaps at the perimeter and sometimes at doorways, which are hidden under skirting or trims. We plan the layout so plank joints are staggered, rooms end with sensible cuts and transitions to other floors look tidy.
SPC is not completely forgiving. A very uneven slab, persistent moisture or heavy rolling loads need assessment before installation, and the floor can feel firmer and slightly cooler underfoot than softer flooring. If your priority is cushioned comfort or the feel of real timber, we will talk through the alternatives rather than steer you towards SPC regardless.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.

FAQ
Stone plastic composite, referring to the rigid mineral-based core inside the plank. The core is what gives it stability.
Neither is better in every case. SPC is more rigid and dent-resistant, while softer vinyl is more cushioned underfoot. We help you weigh them for your room.
Often yes if the tiled floor is sound and flat enough. We assess the surface and tell you if levelling is needed.
It is firmer than cushioned vinyl, and an underlayment can improve comfort and sound. We will discuss the options.
The boards resist water, but standing water and edge gaps still need care. We advise on bathrooms and kitchens case by case.
Yes, a perimeter expansion gap is standard for floating floors. It is covered by skirting or trims so it is not visible.
