Timber and board partitions that divide rooms, create privacy or screen off zones in homes, offices and shops.
Overview
A wooden partition divides a space without the full commitment of a masonry wall. WrapRevive builds and installs partitions ranging from decorative slatted screens to solid dividers for offices, shops and open-plan homes. Design is shaped by privacy, light, acoustics and building rules.
Planning looks at what the partition is for. A slatted screen gives separation while letting light and air pass, whereas a solid panel offers privacy and a place to hang items. Frames are fixed to the floor, walls and sometimes ceiling, and the surface can be left as timber, painted or wrapped. Alignment is checked so the partition stands plumb.
Fixing to ceilings and structural elements in apartments, offices and commercial units may require permission from building management, so check this early. Wood also responds to humidity and temperature, so moisture-aware material choices are discussed. Wooden partitions suit decorative and light-duty division. For fire-rated or full-height acoustic requirements, other construction such as gypsum may be more appropriate.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
