Shopfront Refurbishment

We survey the frontage to record faded panels, stained or damaged cladding, worn door frames and tired signage zones. Depending on the unit, the scope can include repainting, cladding repairs, wrapping suitable frames and panels, cleaning glazing surrounds and preparing sign backing. Exterior surfaces in Dubai face sun and dust, so material suitability is discussed carefully.

Not everything on a shopfront can be changed. Mall units usually follow strict design guidelines, and external elements may belong to the landlord or building management. Vinyl wrapping outdoors is more limited than indoors because of heat and direct sunlight, and we will say where it is or is not suitable. Signage fabrication and licences are not part of our service.

Results depend on exposure, the existing materials and what the landlord permits. Work in the evening or between trading periods can be discussed but not promised.
