The arrangement is shaped around the property and what you need.
Planned maintenance usually starts with a walk-through to note the condition of finishes, fittings and common wear points. From there, a schedule of checks and routine repairs can be agreed, such as looking at sealants, handles, door operation, minor wall marks and fittings. Work is recorded so owners and managers can see what was done and what needs follow-up.
On-call support covers one-off problems as they come up, with arrangements and availability agreed in advance rather than assumed. WrapRevive handles carpentry, handyman, wall, tile and similar tasks, and flags jobs that need specialist trades. Terms, frequency and response arrangements are discussed and confirmed in writing after assessment, because they depend on the property, access and your requirements.
