Cleaning & Washing
Cleaning of kitchen hoods, filters and accessible extraction surfaces, subject to an access check before work is confirmed.
Overview
Extraction hoods collect grease faster than almost any other kitchen surface. Kitchen hood cleaning removes accumulated residue from the hood body, filters and accessible internal surfaces. Because installations differ widely, an access check comes first so the right scope can be set.
Work typically covers the visible hood canopy, removable filters and reachable internal surfaces. Filters are soaked and degreased, while the hood body is cleaned with products suited to the metal or finish. Floors and nearby surfaces are protected from drips during the process so the kitchen is left tidy. Heavy residue may need a second pass.
Not every hood can be cleaned in the same way. Ducting, roof fans and concealed extraction routes may require specialist access, building approval or a different team, and these are assessed before any commitment. WrapRevive does not issue compliance certificates for hood or duct cleaning, and any inspection requirement should be confirmed with your building management or relevant authority.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.

FAQ
Concealed or high ductwork depends on access and may require a different approach. We assess this before confirming any scope.
No. Cleaning does not replace any inspection or compliance process. If your premises must meet a specific requirement, please check with building management or the relevant authority.
It depends on how much and how often you cook. Heavy frying and daily use build residue faster than occasional home cooking.
Usually yes in terms of visible surfaces, though heavy deposits may take longer and some staining can remain on the metal.
The hood should be switched off and cool. We confirm any other preparation, such as isolating power, when booking.
