Architectural Vinyl Wrapping
Update a bathroom vanity unit's doors and drawers with a decorative film where the structure is sound and moisture is under control.
Overview
Bathroom vanity wrapping refreshes the base unit beneath the basin by covering doors, drawer fronts and visible panels with decorative film. It can lift a dated bathroom at limited cost, but vanities sit close to water, so each unit is checked for moisture damage before any wrapping is proposed.
The vanity is the focal point of most bathrooms, so a new finish makes a noticeable difference. Wrapping can change a worn cream or oak look into modern stone, matte grey or warm timber. Doors and drawers are removed where practical, cleaned and wrapped with sealed edges, then adjusted and refitted so they close squarely.
Water is the main concern. Splashes, leaks from the trap or supply, and humid air can swell the bottom panels and door edges. We inspect inside the cabinet, check for staining and softness, and advise whether a plumbing check is needed first. Wrapping never fixes a leak and should not be applied over a damp surface.
Choose vanity wrapping when the unit is solid and dry but visually tired. If the carcass is swollen or the basin and taps are due for replacement, a new vanity is usually the better route and may be covered under bathroom renovation. Our assessment gives you a clear recommendation.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
Service Process
We inspect each surface for damage, swelling, peeling or heat exposure and confirm whether wrapping is suitable.
You choose a film design and finish from samples, viewed in your own lighting where possible.
Hardware is removed, surfaces are cleaned and degreased, and minor defects are repaired or filled.
Film is applied panel by panel, worked around edges and corners, and trimmed for clean lines.
Hardware is refitted, every panel is inspected, and we explain how to care for the new surface.

FAQ
No. Leaks must be repaired and the unit allowed to dry first. Film should never be applied over damp or damaged board.
Use a soft cloth and a mild cleaner, and wipe splashes and toothpaste promptly. Avoid abrasive pads and strong chemicals.
Normal splashing is manageable if edges are well sealed, but standing water is not. Regular wiping makes a big difference.
Marble or stone tops are generally not wrapped. Laminate tops may be considered after assessment, though areas around the basin carry more risk.
If the unit is damaged or the layout is no longer right, replacement is often more sensible. We explain both options after seeing it.
